Decide if you would want your vinyl window blinds to be horizontal or vertical. The choice is yours. However, try to stick with one style throughout a room, otherwise it can cause some serious confusion and might even be too much for the room. We all know that too much in one room does not look nice. It definitely will not help you with the beautiful, elegant look you are trying to create.
